Bachpan Manao is an early childhood network of over 100+ organizations, schools and institutions working to raise the level of conversation around play for the sake of the young ones (0-8 years). As part of the team, I helped lead Masterclasses on different themes every month, designed the content for the website and social media, and designed the bi-weekly newsletter along with events every quarter.

Designing play-based learning programs and knowledge-sharing communities for early childhood (ages 0–8)
Using human-centered design, I structured, tested, and compiled a 10-part life skills curriculum for 1500 children (aged 6-16 years) at the NGO Shaishav in rural Gujarat, India. Based on the W.H.O. life skills framework, the curriculum mapped human experiences as a self-discovery process, encouraging storytelling and tangible scenarios to arrive at solutions as a group. Various play-based methods, such as treasure hunts, role-playing, art-based exercises, and games, were used to help children build the muscles of essential life skills for everyday living.
